By using the Island Time app (the “App”), you are agreeing with this privacy policy.
Project Flight School, LLC (the “Provider”) reserves the right to change and modify this privacy policy at any time, without further notice. Provider’s standard privacy policy is available at www.reelfx.com/privacy-policy. Provider’s standard privacy policy shall also apply to your use of the App, provided, however, that if there is a conflict between the terms of this Island Time Privacy Policy and Provider’s standard privacy policy, the former shall govern. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Provider’s standard privacy policy applies to your use of the IslandTimeVR.com website.
Collection and Use of Personal Information/Platform Use
The App collects user data, such as your user ID, profile, and friends to process online achievements and authorize access to the application, in accordance with platform procedures. Provider does not use this data beyond what is necessary for the App’s achievement processing and other platform-generated activities. This data is stored only on your local installation of the App and is never sent to Provider’s systems or servers. No human or automated system employed or controlled by Provider will ever see or process this data, as it is solely for functional achievements on online platforms.
How to opt out
Even though Provider’s systems do not retain or store any personal information, You can stop use of platform-use data by uninstalling the App from your system or device. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your system or device.
Children's online privacy protection act (COPPA) compliance
Provider does not use the App to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, Provider will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact Provider at the email address listed in the “Contacting Us” section below so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
